Enviro Farms Operations
Farm operation means any activity conducted solely or primarily for production of one or more agricultural products or commodities, and customarily producing such products or commodities in sufficient quantity. Enviro farms limited is bringing a unique system of managing agriculture into Nigeria.
From the beginning of the farm process to the end, Enviro farms Tech would provide, labour, training, services, crop seeds and Security. A vivid example is Mr. Efosa, a farmer in Ugonoba, Edo State wants to cultivate yam, maize and cassava , He is giving a FarmTech mobile phone by Enviro farms and trained on how to use the mobile phone.

Operations Value & Returns
The size of the land is captured and this is automatically transmitted to Enviro Farms data base. When it is time to commence farming, He presses the green button on the mobile phone and a customer relations officer answers the phone in our operations centre in Benin City and the caller is immediately identified as Mr. Efosa from Ugonoba and the Customer relations ask why he is calling and Mr. Efosa is calling to request for unskilled 40 laborers to clear his farm land, The customer relations place a call to our laborers provider and request for 40 laborers to be sent to Mr. Efosa and the cost for the 40 laborers is recorded as debit for Mr. Efosa, when is time for planting Mr. Efosa will call Enviro Farms and crop seeds is provided and the cost also recorded . Fertilizers and insecticides are also provided and the cost recorded.
When is time for to sell the farm, The value of the farm is accessed and the cost of cultivating is calculated and subtracted from the total sum.
Operational Locations
The operation would be driven by Agricultural experts and this is the most important role in the whole project. We will have the administrative headquarters in Abuja while the operational headquarters will be in Benin City, Edo state.
We will commence this laudable project with 6,000,000 farmers across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria and we will be selecting 22 states from the 36 states in Nigeria. That is 2 or 3 states from each zone for the first stage of the project.
